The environment is perfect for students, as they are paid hourly for standby time and can do assignments in between. We also have a support system in place for those with no experience. I wanted to try on different kinds of cosplay and the store was beautiful\ud83d\udc97 I was attracted by the fact that I could work in a fashionable space while wearing my favorite cosplay!\"<\/div>\n

I can understand why many of the girls have been working here for a long time! I can see how the seniors greet me with a smile without pretending to be my seniors in a good way and how they work willingly for cleaning, etc. I want to stay humble myself and learn from them \ud83c\udf3c The warm atmosphere is appealing!<\/div>\n
\ud83d\udcc5<\/span> 3. how do you feel about the flexibility of your work schedule and the ease of working?<\/div>\n
I really appreciate that you understand when I'm busy and can't get out much, so I can give my wishes freely (thank you). I really appreciate that I can work at my own pace without strain!\"<\/div>\n

\"It's so peaceful that even my brother told me, 'You can feel the good atmosphere here' \ud83e\udd70 The staff and cast members are all so kind and I enjoy working here every day!\"<\/div>\n
\ud83c\udf31<\/span> 5. did you start with no experience? If so, how were you supported?<\/div>\n
I had no experience and didn't know what I would be doing, but the senior staff kindly taught me what to do, and with the video training, even a beginner was able to experience it with ease \ud83c\udf38 We have an environment where even those with no experience can start without worries!<\/div>\n

\"When my brother came to see me again \ud83d\ude0a, I was very happy because I never have someone come to see me in my daily life \u2728I was moved when he even remembered my preference, saying 'Mugi-chan likes this, don't you?<\/div>\n

Being aware that someone is always watching me \u2728 The girls are only beautiful girls, so my sense of beauty has also increased \u2661 I naturally have more opportunities to improve myself, and I'm learning skills that will help me in my daily life!\"<\/div>\n
