I started simply out of curiosity \ud83d\ude0a\ud83d\udc96\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f2 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83c\udf1f 2. What do you find attractive about the store after actually working there? \ud83c\udf1f<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">'It's a place where the staff is friendly. I feel that we have a good working environment \ud83c\udf08\u2728\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f3 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83d\udcc5 3. how do you feel about the flexibility of your shifts and the ease of working? \ud83d\udcc5<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">I always appreciate your help. Whenever I have some free time in my schedule, I contact them to see if I can go to a shift that is still available. It's really helpful to be able to accommodate sudden schedule changes \ud83d\udc4f\u2728\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f4 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83c\udf89 4. Please describe the atmosphere of the restaurant and your relationship with the staff \ud83c\udf89<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">They are very helpful and girl-oriented. They understand each person's situation and make it easy to work \ud83e\udd70\u2728\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f5 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83c\udf31 5. Did you start with no experience? If so, how were you supported? \ud83c\udf31<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">I had no experience. The brothers (staff members) are friendly and I personally think it is easy to start. I was able to learn the job with ease because they teach me carefully \ud83d\udcda\u2728\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f6 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83d\udcac 6. Do you have any memorable episodes from your interactions with customers? \ud83d\udcac<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">'I was surprised when they asked me to squat there [laughs]. It's funny how many different requests I get \ud83d\udc8c\ud83d\udc96\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f7 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83d\udcaa 7. What skills or areas of growth do you feel you will gain from this job? \ud83d\udcaa<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">I have a lot of different brothers here, so it's interesting, and I can do a lot for myself while I'm waiting. I studied for my certification and wrote my thesis during the waiting time here. ^_^ The big attraction is that I can make good use of my time \ud83c\udf1f\ud83d\udc83\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f8 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83d\udd12 8. How secure do you feel in the security and privacy protection of your store when working there? \ud83d\udd12<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">I feel relatively safe. (They don't use the girls' pictures without permission.) I don't even see pictures of girls who have graduated, so I feel safe after I leave. I feel that they take privacy into consideration. \ud83d\udee1\ufe0f\u2728\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f9 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83d\udcb0 9. In terms of salary and benefits, what areas are you particularly satisfied with? \ud83d\udcb0<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">I'm grateful enough when I'm getting paid for the time I spend writing my thesis. It also helps that I get paid on a daily basis. I really appreciate that I get paid for waiting time too \ud83d\udc5c\u2728\"<\/div>\n<p><!-- \u8cea\u554f10 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"message store\">\ud83d\udc8c 10. any advice or message for those who are thinking of applying \ud83d\udc8c \ud83d\udc8c \ud83d\udc8c \ud83d\udc8c<\/div>\n<div class=\"message cast\">I would rather come here than stay at home and be lazy ^_^ You can make good use of your waiting time, and the staff is friendly, so you can work with peace of mind.
