■Working Conditions
* Hourly wage: 1,000 yen to 2,000 yen (salary increase based on ability and experience)
* Location: Walking distance from Ikebukuro station
* Working days: 1 day a week to OK (*Flexible shifts, days of the week negotiable)
* Working hours: 3 hours a day - OK (* Any time of the day, evening, or night is welcome)
* Employment status: Part-time (W-work and side jobs OK)
■Job Description
* Customer reception and guidance
* Handling reservations by phone or on line
* Managing and supporting cast members' attendance
* Simple cleaning of the store, equipment management, etc. * We will teach you well even if you have no experience!

* People who like to talk to others.
* Must be courteous and calm.
* Able to work with a sense of responsibility
* Those who find satisfaction in working behind the scenes to support the store.
* Those who are willing to improve the working environment for women.
Treatment and Environment
* Transportation expenses paid (with stipulations)
* Uniforms are lent (plain clothes are also acceptable, free to wear clothes/hair style/nails)
* Fully paid on a daily basis
* No quota or fine
* Completely free shifts
* Wi-Fi equipped / Rest area available
* Water server / refrigerator / microwave / battery charger
■Applicant Qualifications
* 25 to 45 years old (freeters, part-timers, and W-workers are welcome!)
* Gender is not required/No experience required
* Preferably long-term employees.
* Housewives who can work part-time are preferred.
